This June Art of Élan makes its highly anticipated return to North County with one of its signature one-hour concerts at Lux Art Institute in Encinitas. The concert will be paired with an opportunity to view the works of resident artist Squeak Carnwath, including a meet-and-greet with the artist and a special pre-concert reception with the musicians.
The colorful program will feature Demarre McGill on flute, with works by American composers Lowell Liebermann, Aaron Copland, Steve Reich and more, including a work commissioned by Art of Élan for flute and double bass.
